APPROACH
- The cottage is located to the western outskirts of Flamborough on the B1265 about half a mile from the village centre and its amenities which include shops, public houses and restaurants.
- The nearest bus stop is 500m away near to the village church.
- The nearest train and bus stations are 3 miles away in Bridlington. Taxis are also available close by to each of these facilities.
PARKING
- Parking is available directly to the rear of the property. Here there is a detached single brick garage that is also fronted by a block sett paved level driveway . If the garage is used two cars can be easily accommodated.
- The property is located on a small cul de sac therefore on street parking is very limited.
REAR ENTRANCE
- Reached via a block sett pathway and a solid wooden side gate standing 180 cm tall.
